1. foodpanda Hong Kong reserve the right to withhold any payment of the above extra service fees due to you if there is any violation of the service guidelines.

2. foodpanda Hong Kong reserve the right to modify the extra service fees from time to time without any notice and it is your obligation to keep up to date on changes to the above extra service fees. Use of the rider app and acceptance of the order constitutes acceptance of such terms and conditions.
