Fleet Appreciation Perks
We are happy to announce yet another round of fleet appreciation perks!
Since the launch of “Fleet Appreciation Perks” we have been rolling out fleet-exclusive benefits and discounts on an ongoing basis, and this time round we have prepared HKD 1 MILLION worth of prizes and events for over 6,000 of you active* couriers!
Prizes include 3,000 sets of fuel coupons which will be distributed to eligible riders/drivers, as well as other exciting vouchers for eligible walkers/cyclists which we will announce about soon. What’s more, look forward to various events that we’ll be organising for you all. Stay tuned for upcoming announcements and thank you for your continued hard work!

Hi foodpanda riders, here comes the first prize of our fleet appreciation perk for you!
We have prepared 8000 fuel coupons from Esso and Shell for rewarding our 1800 top-performing riders. The top 800 riders are welcome to visit our TST rider hub and each eligible rider will be rewarded 5 $50 Esso physical coupons; the other 1000 well-performed riders could receive their reward of 4 $50 Shell e-coupons through email.
We will contact winners individually through email for collection details within this week and please stay tuned for more coming fleet appreciation prizes and events!

3000 walkers/cyclists with outstanding performance in the past 6 months will be able to get either 1 $100 Marathon e-coupon + 2 $50 foodpanda e-coupons OR 2 $50 foodpanda e-coupons depending on performance ranking.

Between this Friday (12/08/2022) to Sunday (14/08/2022), we will be holding a three-day Fleet Appreciation roadshow tour.
Our Fleet Appreciation Truck will go to different districts across Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories to meet with you and give away attractive gifts on a first-come first-served basis (including fuel coupons, foodpanda vouchers, foodpanda cooling equipment and pandemic prevention supplies).
We also have a Fleet Appreciation pandamart Tour planned for August and September, where we will visit pandamarts across different zones to distribute even more gifts!

Mooncake distribution - Wishing you all a Mid-Autumn Festival in advance!
We have prepared Say Hey* and Green Common vegan mooncakes^ for the distribution this year!
Eligible couriers (batch 1-4 & 6) can visit our TST office starting from Monday (05/09/2022) collect 1 box (4pcs) of mooncake, mooncake flavours will be randomly distributed. For details please refer to the above picture and please note that this is on a first-come-first-served basis. Available while stock lasts.
*This product contains cereals containing gluten, eggs and egg products, milk and milk products, soybeans and soy bean products, tree nuts and nut products, peanuts and peanut products.

Eligible couriers can authorize others to collect mooncakes for them, the authorized person must show the courier’s HKID copy & Rooster ID upon collection. Also, each person is only allowed to help max. 1 courier to collect mooncakes.

To celebrate Diwali, we have prepared some traditional Diwali sweets at all pandmarts and TST
rider hub for couriers to take.
We are excited to announce another appreciation event for you all! Fabulous prizes including up to $500 Esso fuel, $500 supermarket coupons, massage vouchers, etc.
As you may recall, we have launched a rating system in the rider app for couriers to rate vendors after pick-up. Meanwhile, vendors are also able to rate couriers on professionalism, punctuality etc.. Therefore, we would now like to reward couriers who got the most positive feedbacks from vendors in the past 2 months with attractive prizes!
